Uh, did you by chance click the box for “show multi page”? Just unclick that box and then it will show you page by page. That setting always remains in place until you undo it no matter what you read. It won’t change whether you’re reading a Webtoon or a manga. You’re the one who has to manually change that setting.
Uh did you by chance even look at the manga and how it was uploaded?
