I think since they had a short break to prepare for season 2, the artist modified his/her style because of the readers (I’ve seen a few readers saying how the season 1 art style was too u*ly they decided to drop this manhwa).

Yup. So I thought it was because of that reason that the artist changed the style. If readers hated the art style, they could’ve stopped reading it without saying unnecessary comments. The artist put their efforts in making these amazing manhwas it’s just so sad. :(
