I really really want to die or just yo disappear in this place. Everytime i open my mouth and say something it always comes out as a karma to me. They all don't understand me I've been battling with myself ever since I was 13 and now I'm 21 and I don't think I can hold on for so long anymore. Please help me
First and foremost, please locate a trusted professional, not a stranger from the internet. Look into calling your local suicide hotline, connecting with your non emergency PD who can direct you to local outreach programs and counselors, see if your school provides options, if you have insurance use their database to see who you have in network nearby to schedule an immediate session or even take the loss for the sake of your well being and pay the 100.00 out of pocket if you don’t have insurance.
I don’t know what you’re going through but I have experienced similar feelings of hopelessness and wanting to give up. I still do sometimes. It’s easy to be misunderstood or to perceive a feeling of being unseen.
I’m actively in therapy working to climb my way out of this giant pit built on nightmare whispers like “this never gets better”, “they love to see me in pain” and “everyone hates me so I’ll hate them.” It’s a daily battle of struggling to get out just to be kicked back down by another version of me at the top.
You never realize you can become your own obstacle to healing. But every bit further I claw my way up, every extra day I make it into the future, it’s a little win. That’s all you can ask of yourself sometimes.
Start with baby steps. Don’t let yourself be overwhelmed by all the accumulated karma/stress/responsibility hanging over you like some massive black cloud pelting you with hail. Disperse it into rain and catch the drops one at a time. You won’t drown, you’ll catch your breath, you’ll see a way forward. Will there be a lot of raindrops? Yes. Will you get uncomfortably wet? Also yes. But will you survive and make it home to those you love and who love you? 100%.
Do what you can because that’s more than enough right now. You’re more than enough. I hope any of this made sense and that your days get better.
Hey! Just wanted to say that despite you maybe thinking that someone won’t miss you or that your disappearance won’t matter, it will! Someone irl will notice and miss you, and even if you still believe that that isn’t true, I certainly will remember this comment. I know it sounds super fucking cliche to say this but please hold on. Life is definitely a struggle and I would love to meet anyone who says it’s a walk in the park or a piece of cake. I hope that you can be kinder to yourself because the person who should love you the most is you. Things always feel more difficult if you’re not on your side and are helping the opposing team. You have self worth because you exist, not because of some sort of title or prestige, or whatever it may be you feel you lack
I think its better for you to seek some professional help for this, I'm not saying in a rude way, just dont think a manga site is really the best place to ask that(?)
