Ngl I wanted to drop it many times but I was also interested to see where it was going… this is not an obvious and cliche story at all, everyone is not good nor evil, I think it’s a story that depicts the aspects of insanity of humanity and healing in twisted way. I am drawn to this story because of its craziness. Like it’s horrible and that’s what makes it interesting. All characters have shades and sides, just like people. I wouldn’t be surprised if it ended with another assassination attempt my MC, bc as much as she abused the LI when they were younger, he did the same if not worse, so I can’t root for anyone but guess what happens. If the cycle repeated, it would be bitter and that’s how life is. Idk it’s truly interesting and sad
It sucks whenever in a story a girl says stop and the guy doesn’t stop… I think the author did a good job until now to portray consent or when it was needed for a mission, but, as hot as the part before was, I really hated that he kept going even if he was in his right mind and she said no :(
