i remember a bit but too much, there's a report button when you click a manhwa, click the one on the left of the screen that always sticks there, you can report for anything but there should be one on the bottom where you can upload, from there im pretty sure you put your panels in order and whatever, mangago will upload it at a certain time where a lot of other mangas get uploaded too at the same time. By the way, make sure you are ON THE MANHWA WHEN YOU WANT TO UPLOAD IT
