All I remember is the ending or the extra of the yaoi manga: the main characters were together and living in a small town or village. I think one of them was working as a teacher. And it was a very sweet scene of them walking home and talking about the students and their relationship( maybe).
I remembered they went through some hardships getting together. The uke might be being sexually or physically abused by his father (or stepfather or guardian). They got together and ran away at the end.
The little scene from extra just popped into my head recently and it's been bugging me. I'm looking through my own lists and archives too but if anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.

The older uke found a young boy (who grew up to be his seme) sleeping in an abandoned building (or maybe a building that child shouldn't be in). I think the uke is a scientist and he might be working for the boy's father.
