It's really slowburn but they have a lot of chemistry and gay flirting then smut too after they develop a relationship based on trust (if you read light novels I'm begging you to read it, you see the gay tension 10x better) AND the plot is marvelous, heavy, intricated, with action, politics, lore. There are : greenest flag ML, main and side characterS development, kind of autistic MC. Cherry on top is subversion of following genre : regression, dungeon/awakened, omegaverse. The author just takes those tropes and makes it something of their own, something unique and different (don't be afraid with the omegaverse tag, it really isn't the center of the story and the author is proving that you can actually write a healthy one). So, there's plot, there's romance, there's occasional angst and some comedy. Crazy world building too. Please enjoy :)
