story is okay but I really can't get over the fact that the mc easily got tempted by his friend while still being in a relationship with the ml. It was so glossed over! like nothing happened

I agree that they glossed over the fact that he was tempted, but I understand the MC and his thought process. I like this story because of how human it feels; even I, just a reader, felt anxious.
I believe the author conveyed the characters' emotions so well that you can feel them even through the screen. He was vulnerable and scared for their relationship because Inwoo's words hurt him. I don't remember the exact wording, but I believe it was something like: "I don't know you very well at all," or "You feel like a stranger."
He thought that being with Chungi would fix things, since Chungi has always been his friend and feels familiar. Let’s just say the MC feels comfortable enough to share secrets with him. He was emotional and seeking temporary relief. I do wish the author had shown more scenes of Jiho feeling guilty.
Anyways, that's just my thoughts haha sorry for rambling.

I definitely understand where you’re coming from with this, and at first i too had that same reaction because “if you’re so easily tempted to get with him then you couldn’t possibly like the ML as much as we, the reader, are led to believe.” but as i read through that chapter i began to somewhat understand the mcs thinking
being with someone with physical or mental illness can be very tough and exhausting, especially when all you want is for them to get better. it’s hard to remember that it’s not as easy as just wishing to be better and boom, everything’s good. it’s a lot of work and it’s exhausting for everyone involved and sometimes taking the easy route is and will be tempting. the mc wasn’t necessarily tempted because he had feelings for the friend, or because he missed the situationship (sex) itself but because he was already out (i believe) to his family and at that point being in a simple and easy relationship where everything’s pretty predictable would have been easier while he was also dealing with his family drama. That’s not to say i agree with his actions, but when your relatively new relationship starts going through a rough patch due to mental or physical declination it’s hard not to second guess
