I’m fine with love at first sight sht, but it’s weird that he suddenly likes her considering he dislikes/hate her at one point. I mean I get that it can be due to the cave but it just feels weird… If this is their first encounter and ML wasn’t annoyed at her before I would have accepted this sudden love interest.
