RIGHT INFRONT OF HIM???? thats so fucking rude-- AND EMBARRASSING???? i feel horrible for the fl man,,, like whatever happened to being happy for your child and supporting them and worrying for your kid is completely different from whatever this was. idk i feel if you apply this situation in a setting where the man was actually a bad guy, he would totally take advantage of the girl having a family that doesn't trust her choices or thinks she's being led on-- and do exactly that. so not very smart of you mother,,, maybe you could be subtle about it and express your worries like a normal person
