Easy just tell Guwon the boy could become a doctor or somone valuable for the village in the future. By not giving him medicine he would be killing that certainty ( since he's a teach he should show him confidence in his skills to orient the kid) plus there is another doctor who could form him so... But we all know it's gonna end by a lesson on feelings and whatnots then he'll probably tell him to give him sex in return to the meds, more smut foe us I guess ┗( T﹏T )┛
