I get the feeling that he’ll just return to being an insect and all but…hot take: if this werent a story where things just have to be interesting, turning suchan into a human is the most logical thing to do. If he’s human, breeder’s plan will fall apart. Some are saying he can just find someone else, but the past hundred chapters tells me he cant. Thats why suchan is special. Because hes the only one like that. Isnt that why hes our mc? I love huijin because shes the only one who really thought of HIM. I get that the public opinion rn is that he should fight because thats what his “worth” right? But huijin knows he doesnt like fighting and is only doing it for others. Huijin doesnt want him to get hurt. Its tough love. Yeah at the moment suchan says he wants to fight but part of the big picture here is that huijin is the only person who truly knows the extent of how much suchan wanted to become human. Shes been there for him from the start after all.
Again this is all a hot take but if i knew a loved one was a lethal organization’s no. Target? I would try my best to save them.
My theory is that Breeder can just take him inject him again and rebug him. Because he had such a good affinity with his insect form and if he threatened to hurt his friends he'll do whatever to save the friends thus accepting to rebug himself. So no it doesn't help to get the target off his back.
Thats what i was thinking too, or through his own sheer will power since thats a big part of his character. My main point was to defend huijin

I feel like him gaining a lot from gigantia is symbolic! He suffered so much because of gigantia its only fair he benefits from it and its symbolic to how he turns bad circumstances into his advantage
I feel like breeder is really obsessed with him specifically so infusing him with another insect might be interesting to the psycho
I do feel bad for her she's doing what she believes is the best but honestly I think because of the separation she had with MC she wasn't able to accept his determination that he's accepted his role in all the chaos the person she wants to protect is no longer the helpless kid who knew nothing about nest and wanted nothing to do with it. The man he grew into is a guy who wishes to defend his friends and doesn't care about his form anymore because those he cares about are in nest.
