I'd say from the beginning would be best, there are a lot more details in the novel then the manga but if you want to just skip until ur caught up the current chapter then ch 28 is where she slips on the stairs. I"d say you should start from there bcs there is a scene that the novel skips in this chapter and the chapter after that is a very crucial part of the plot that the manga seems to have skipped.
