If you count the cubs then it would be 8! They have 5 children in total (another 2 are not born yet in chapter 18). The tiger cubs would be more like their grandkids tho in my opinion.

I saw the black cub! Next chapter (extra chapter) we will see their family tree. They have 2 other children. In total there are 3 boys & 2 girls (not in any particular birth order). We don't exactly know how they would look like in normal drawing style since it's in chibi drawing instead. Hoping one day sensei would elaborate more tho, 3 volumes are not enough~
They got 5 human chidlren it'll be shown on the extra chapter hehe
