are you sure its this one ? i looked at the characters but they don’t seem to match. the cover is some brown haired boy taking off a white shirt with black pants. he looks like a shota but idk. i’ve seen the image on other sites like manganato

Here's the results of the reverse search, the second result is what I thought the source was. You can try to do some more sleuthing but I don't know how far you'll get. Also sorry in advance, there's a lot of anime porn in the later results, try not to scroll too far.

Np! Some guy on reddit had it as one of the websites he used to search for anime fanart a few years back so I had its link saved. It's only really useful for finding pixiv art though.
