Came across this a little while ago when I was looking for food/cooking manga/webtoons. It's very unpopular, and people in the reviews are kinda 'eh' about it, but I personally think it's pretty good, and worth people's time. It's a classic cooking manga with a very old-timey art style. I'm guessing the reason for the 'eh' reactions are because its a little boring, and that's probably because the whole setting takes place in a Japanese theme sit-down bar/diner, and the MC never 'improves'.
