I have used white color pencil over alcohol markers and it was fine, just not perfectly opaque. I sometimes use gouache to add highlights to my watercolor stuff and white ink for ink drawings, but I haven't tried either of them over marker so idk how they'd get along haha. They should be ok for alcohol markers I think?
