I can understand why people don't like the princess she rebelled against her father and still I think she isnt to blame cuz she was locked up in the castle for her entire life, the only one you should blame is the emperor. She (almost) always listened to the emperor and now that she wanted to see the world, he couldnt pursue this please, in my opinion he should have allowed her with the condition that he accompanied her. He failed both as father and emperor, and you shouldn't forget pedel isnt a bad person he just saw no ruler in the emperor, without pedel the people would have been poor.
