so after all of that happens this man just goes completely off the rails LMAO
he's always having creepy thoughts about juvel. like how he's gonna make her his slave. that she'll only look at him not max.
the part when he finds out that max is the crown prince is FUCKING HILARIOUS.
- so this happens during a hunting competition. at this point max and juvel are COMPLETELY IN LOVE W EACH OTHER no fake dating. no contract. OFFICIALLY TOGETHER. (i will make a spoiler topic on their relationship don't worry lol)
- juvel gets saved by max right before she's about to be eaten by this dire wolf. they're hugging and max is crying that he almost lost her.
- mikhail is watching this and gets mad/jealous bc he was supposed to be in her arms after he showed off and protected her from the beast.
- so he walks up to them and points a sword at max and tells him 'get your dirty hands off of her you commoner or i'll cut your throat' max is like 'if you can do it go ahead' KING SHIT
- anyways max's knights show up and mikhail is like arrest this commoner and their like what?? it was so funny seeing him try to act like he was superior.
- anyways max tells his knights to lower their swords and mikhail is confused bc how can a commoner order the prince's knights.
- but then all the knights kneel and shout 'yes your imperial highness the crown prince!' and mikhail's like oh shit.
- the entire time max has the biggest grin on his face bc he's enjoying this so much HAHA ME TOO
- max then tells mikhail to kneel bc he was being disrespectful. mikhail kneels but he's also glaring up at him which is like super disrespectful bc he's the prince LOL
- this is my favorite part.
- max then slams mikhail's face into the dirt w his foot/hand?? (i don't remember lmao) and tells him 'if you know who i am, you should be bowing your head.' AHHH IT WAS SO SATISFYING
ANYWAYS SKIPPING OVER TO THE END OF THE STORY (there's a lot more but it's really hard to explain)
- mikhail ends up in prison and he starts regretting a lot of the shit he did to juvel and thought 'if i was nicer to you would things have ended up differently?' he starts crying ands starts thinking about how much he wants to see her
- max shows up in front of his cell w a potion that juvel prepared for mikhail.
- this potion will allow him to forget about her completely. juvel prepared this bc she felt guilty about how he came to be bc she thought it was partially her fault that he ended up this way.
- she wanted him to forget about her so that he can live peacefully w his family. but obviously mikhail didn't want that.
- he gets really mad over the fact that she wants him to forget about all of his memories with her and that he won't be able to be w her in the future. max will.
- so he decides to kill himself. he throws the potion bottle on the ground and grabs one of the glass shards and stabs himself in the neck.
- he thinks that by killing himself, she'll never forget him. but max has his ways LOL
- max then pulls out a uno reverse card and tells him the following (this is from the novel) : { "Yes, I knew your will to forget everything and wish her happiness. I'll tell her you're back in the arms of your family." Mikhail reached out at Max's words, which came with mockery.
"Argh!" He wanted to ask what that meant, but his words didn't come out as he thought because of the deep damage to his vocal cords. Mikhail stared at Max with bloodshot eyes. Then Max said quietly to him.
"My love is weak-hearted, so even if it's a guy like you, she would surely shed tears from those pretty eyes." Before long, a cruel smile caught on Max's mouth. "But when I think of my cute snow rabbit crying over another guy, I get so mad. So, that's what I'm going to deliver to her so she doesn't cry."
In short, no matter what choice Mikhail made from the beginning, the ending was decided.
"I'm good enough to pretend to be nice in front of her." Mikhail extended his hand to the Crown Prince's words and cursed.
'You damned bastard!'
But soon his whole body was drained. As his dying breath died away, Max said in a faint, ungrateful voice.
"Take care of yourself so that she don't get upset." }
and that was the end of mikhail HAHA DESERVED anyways if y'all have any questions pls let me know!! i will probably do beatrice next!! (one of my favorite characters btw) ヾ(☆▽☆)
