Glad I wasn't the only one feeling so underwhelmed about the recent chapters. I don't know if author is trying to build this up for something big to happen in their relationship hence all the edging and cliffhanger but I just don't see much progress here. If you wanna be freaks pls lock the fuck in

I did notice this in first few chapters from Richard, how his eyes go dim and dark like there's something psychotic behind his entire character but then it died down and focused on their sexual stuff, which is fine, then it died down again with all the edging and cliffhangers. But idk the buildup to the conflict feels meh at the moment. I'm still looking forward to it, the premise is really good, imo.

I'm only at chapter 24 right now but holy shit Cliff is annoying me more than anything. I know Rhyse is a snake ass bitch but man, Cliff pisses me off every time I see his face. I want that smirk off of his face, he's so punchable
Edit: I just caught up to the latest chapter and I wish OG Rhyse and OG Edith can have the best ending they deserve. And I honestly still don't give a flying fuck about Cliff lol I hope he stops bothering Rhyse
The double standards in this comment section is giving me brain damage, holy shit. Are we all reading the same shit? Wasn't Ines doing the same thing to Carcel for the past, what, 20 years and kept him in the dark about her plans? And now when Carcel also does it because he tried to connect the dots unbeknownst to what Ines really feels for him because ONLY US readers know that he's more important to Ines than he thinks, now he's a scumbag and a dumbass?
I don't agree with both of them, and yes, I do think communication is the key, as it always has been for thousands of stories out there as well. But don't blame Carcel alone. Both of them are guilty.
the story does a good job at portraying two flawed lovers navigating through divine punishment and multiple lives, but the readers of this story are dumb in the head and don’t actually understand or read the story properly
