Idk whats wrong with the ml... He said that the fl is the one who ignored him which is true but can't he also reflect on his actions?? She literally saw him making out with someone and being at highschool at that point i would also probably ignore my friend if i saw him on that position. She probably felt uncomfortable with the situation yet the guy didnt make any efforts of something like explaining? Or anything that would make the fl comfortable so they can remain friends if he really wanted to
