I want to like this but she's had no character development. Actually she seems like more of a doormat at ch 14 then she did earlier in the story. When is she finally going to be more assertive?

Completely achievable as noted in the manga, just eat a LOT! Eat more than you exercise and you'll get Chubby in no time!
She tries to act like a villianess a couple of times but then is like boohoo I can't do it if I don't have a teacher and gives up. She gets a teacher so I hope she ups the assertiveness and reduces the doormat vibes
