The whole gimmick was one of them could read other peoples minds (he had brown hair) and there was one guy with black hair and glasses that ahd really loud thoughts that was obsessed with beautiful/hot men like idols but the thing is he's a perfect model student that everyone thinks is serious and diligent so he can't tell anyone. The borwn haired guy makes a deal with the black haired guy for studying or something but the black haired guy does it in exchange for a poster of his favorite idol.
Both the love interests of Wellmy and Iora are really boring and feel tacked on so instead of feeling like a story about two sisters it's now about the dudes who found them attractive for that. Everytime the ML yaps about how much he likes one of the sisters I'm just thinking "I want to see more of her not hear you talk about her"
I would've really prefered if Wellmy and Iora ran away together happily from their parents and lived happily without high society or social pressure.
Wellmy is more safe and comfortable now I get that but it feels like they just neutered her and made her a generic flustered FL instead of the cool calculating planning "villainess" we were shown earlier.

although i like romance, this one kinda shallow and too easy. and i rather the sisters save themselves to the end. somehow it ended up a bit like two damsel in distress. the plot twist in the ball is good tho so i am conflicted.
Agree with you on that. The first reason why I like this series because how much I love the relationship between mc and her sister... but then somehow she turned into more like a generic fl once the ml appeared ╮(￣▽￣)╭
To be honest this seems like a good segue, a "break" so to speak, for Iora and Wellmy since they are now free. In my opinion, it looks like the author is just giving us perspectives to the other characters that normally don't get any introspection at all in this genre. Other mangas would have just killed off the garbage and then they lived happily ever after. This one? We get to see perspectives on what they thought (sort of) in the moment. I certainly appreciate finding out why Isabella did what she did, excusable or not.
For me, and maybe I'm just projecting, hoping against all that after the extras are done, we get to see how Iora actually ascends the throne and/or how Wellmy navigates high society again. But to be honest, it would also make sense if it isn't shown. We've been told multiple times that Aides will "take care" of Wellmy; and with how much they've been grandstanding that family, I guess they're planning on using that plot armor to hand waive that part of afterstory. I think they really only just planned up this part where the condemnation event is done and then give the extras some needed POV
i believe this manga is adapted from a web novel. it IS actually very common for japanese web novel (usually romance or slice of life) to retold a story from several POV, it is one reason why i often abandon jp web novel because personally a lot used to feel like word vomit...
these several pov wont bring much to the table except overexplaining the plot and exposed characters that should just remain mysterious as generic or lesser depth than previously expected.
the problem is not the pov tho. but the romance is too shallow compared to the effort these sisters had done over the years. suddenly these guys just become a very important figure which save them in the end (although the prince is more or less like decoration). it just not what i expected in the beginning.
TLDR. i think it will make more sense if the ML is actually a commoner, like a young servant who used to work in their house, welmy saved him, and later he returned as adopted son of some sort of duke who was known for his justice (from the north for cliche) and pretended to go against welmy in public but actually helped her to expose the actual villain. he helped welmy faked her death and escaped to the north. welmy was still known as vilainness but secretly had a happy life. big sister visited from time to time. idk i just want girl to remain known as villainess, it will means she has the ability to fool the world until her death, sounds cool.
I mean, I respect that you have things you expect from the manga but that overcomplicates things don't you think? This probably was only set for like 20 or so chapters, if even that. Also, expecting commoners to be the saving grace when Wellmy had to do all sorts of things even as a Noble just to escape their parents? really? I do agree though that its all too sudden how Wellmy suddenly was in love with him, and the back-and-forth of emotions of Aides. It all looks rushed; however, considering the amount of chapters the author probably has to do everything they want for this story, I can understand why some things are hand waived. I think they chose to sacfrice some aspects to highlight some others. It's a bit disappointing, yes, but kudos to the Author for making do with what they probably got.
