They were in college and the whole premise was that this brown haired guy had a crush on a black haired guy and the blaxk haired guy constantly shunned and ignored him and was just generally cold towards him. One day the brown haired guy has enough and decides he'll stop going after him.
The brown haired guy also loses/chips a tooth and has to go to a doctor at one point.
