Hey people, i want to vent.
I've been really sport depressed for two months now(ye..) and so i wanted to work out again and my parents talked about it with me and i was kinda excited to start but then my dad said 'you need to do sport to attract girls. ' and the idea of doing sport again after he said that turned me off. i'm a gay male and all my life people have told me to work out/do sport not to be healthy but in a toxic masculinity way (just to get girls basically) and idk what to do
