if im gonna criticize someone i give them a genuine compliment right before so they feel uncomfortable calling me out lol
in group projects i dont straight up go "this is wrong/you couldve done this better" i just say "do you mind if we change this to xxxx because xxxxx" and most of the time theyre ok with it. asking for advice and making little ch......
