Honestly speaking, this didn't make me cry. I just felt sad, pity and raging emotions. I was 5% hoping that the mc will not die but welp he passed away I was actually looking forward to reading this yesterday because I thought this will make me cry so I'm kinda disappointed that I didn't cry. I really feel sad and pity the mc and doctor sigh I wish they'll be together in their next life ಥ‿ಥ and for that cheating bastard, I still hate him and I don't pity him one bit even though he's going through that disease.
