Words without actions means nothing even if he truly likes Jooin, there's no point if he can't properly show it. If I need to choose one I would chose Cain, unlike Yahwi he can show the love he has for Jooin. But I also understand Yahwi at some point he was raised without love so that might be one of the reasons he can't express his feeling for Jooin well.
