I like to thiknk they're leaving it up to our imaginations whether he's pregnant or not. Like giving us little hints but backtracking, makes us second guess things. Personally I don't think he would end up being an omega. And I don't think they would have kids, but probably nieces and nephews they would spoil rotten.
