ummm, i'm not sure what island you're talking about but if you mean you can't enter a region or leave mondstadt then you might have to finish some world quests first to unlock it (same as it is with stormterror's lair yk? finish the quest then u can enter) but tbh don't remember much from earlygame...   reply
