MC had black hair, other lead had white/silver hair. It was a simple or comedy/webcomic focus. The MC saw all of the items in his home as gjinkas/human and they all spoke to him. Other lead could also see them and was his neighbor.
It may have been Manhua? I remember no names. This tip may be useless or too niche but: the main upload of it I remember was on an older manga app for iphone (gen 5) where the uploader/scanlator(doubt they were even that) had also localized the manga and changed all characters names to english names and claimed to be the original author.

I remember reading it a year or 2 ago. The bottom wore a baseball cap, short black hair, kinda stoic. The Top had brown hair I think. They were in university and ended up making a game together. If I'm correct, it also had a live-action version.
