You are entitled to your personal opinion; but authors/mangakas of yuri/yaoi also have freedom of speech to write about stories which speak to their fans. Would you deprive homosexuals and heterosexuals content from their favorite authors/mangakas? Maybe for you it is cultural appropriation, but for others it is simply a form of entertainment.
