COMPLETED READ CH69 13Oct2025
I liked its straightforwardness, and by straightforwardness I mean—it only focuses on the main’s narrative. It doesn’t branch out to complicate the plot but it might not appeal to some readers who like to get everyone’s pov. Sure there are backstories to further support the plot’s foundation but it doesn’t go beyond extremes and I can say that it’s just the bare minimum of it.
Though it does kind of bother me how the sister’s narrative is being delivered but it’s unique and deliberate. It doesn’t feel as personal because of how it feels a lot like a “third party pov” but I guess that is also intentional.
The way the story is structured and delivered is very nice tho. It feels as tho someone is telling a story through a lullaby—it’s beautiful and poetic to say the least.
If you’re planning to read this, be aware that some panels are messed up that you’re left to piece two and two together.
