he would do anything for his fuck-ass job, suffering constant humiliation, taking advantage of people in vulnerable positions (which pyeonghwa is doing to him right now), catching strays from his coworkers, and so on
he's got pride. we KNOW he's pathetic but he'd rather put effort in sucking dick to get the job done flawlessly than admit defeat
pyeongwa is the only one so far getting any satisfaction from the situation. it favors him. INSANELY. like, i hope incheol beats him up and lets his anger out, gets something out of this. BUT PYEONGHWA WILL STILL BE WINNING BECAUSE HE WANTS TO GET BEAT UP!!!!!

1. that's a weird fucking request. the average person would find this absurd and nonnegotiable. it probably takes time to "warm up" to the idea of consensually beating someone to a pulp. that was an insane phrase.
