season 2 is definitely an upgrade!! i remember season 1 the ML was really toxic and abusive, just another generic rapey story but season 2 is soooo good likeand now we have the full ML pov backstory and it added so much depth IM HOOKED (the MC deserves an apology still for all the bullshit ML pulled on him)
