There's a no same face syndrome... Just a bit similarities due to artsyle perhaps..? but if you're confused here's a simple explanation:
Short and black haired = Mc of the main story
Tall black haired/with glasses = ML of Mc in main story
short grayish hair = Mc of the side story (the recent)
Tall white haired = ML of the Mc in side story(the recent)
Tall white haired was the incubus who possessed Tall black haired/with glasses in main story and Short grayish hair is the cousin of the Short black haired in the main story.
The main difference is the hairs and the height. The tops are white and black haired. The bottoms are black and grayish haired.
