I’m not even sure if it is a manhwa but I read it maybe 4 years ago now, I think there is a black haired and white haired character and they were both in a relationship, but they ended up breaking up. But in the last couple chapters one of them sleeps with another dude and find out the guy he slept with had HIV, so he calls up his ex to find out the results from his HIV test and then they end up together again. (〜￣△￣)〜 fr I can’t tell if this was just a dream or if I actually read this so I’d be grateful if someone knew
