I think both of them have the ability to communicate with the thing killing people (as you saw Jim’s
Reflection smirking before the splash) since the the incident of them as kids. I think yeon woo accepted it as it “saved” him thus making me wonder what happened to Jun that night (as he was not supposed to be there usually)
Also the parents being good friends with the master makes me fear he was in on the abuse and this yeon woo’s comment about people being good.
