I was afraid that It Rael would just end up accepting the situation. But I kinda really like where this went. Accepting that yes, he does love the Emperor, but he still chooses the Kingdom, since he did promise to take care of it to Daniel. It's certainly more interesting this relationship now.
and that catch scene between the Emperor and Rael was just awesome lolol
it's funny how he just looks this as a play thing, he probably just got more excited that he's running away
