Ok, listen up. Consent can be given but it can also be taken back. Hiiragi did give his consent but he later got scared. Shizu is now the one in control of the situation so he should've stopped. I'm all for Shizu and Hiiragi but I think they need to properly talk it out first.
I just don't think it's right that Shizu gets a pass from readers while Akihiko was deemed a r*pist. Sure, Akihiko initally forced himself on Haruki, but Haruki did give consent when he said he'll "accept anything" Akihiko gives him. Akihiko was in control of the situation and he stopped, he didn't go through with it. This gives nuance to the end of their arc when Akihiko confessed to Haruki, and Akihiko nervously asked Haruki for permission to touch him.
For Shizu and Hiiragi, I need more chapters to understand the complexities of their relationship.
