I know there was conflict between the artist and writer, but I have re-read S1 probably over 20x at this point because it is so incredible. The scenes, facials, art style, flow- it all made the story so incredible. Absolutely magical. Now I am just skimming through because the faces and expressions, scenes are stiff and bland. I can't get over the awkward expressions and pointy faces. If anyone has the link to the novel please send it my way. I hope this becomes a anime with the original art style. I would watch it 10000%.
