I'm looking for an action manga I've read a long time ago. The plot as I can remember, the main character, a girl, was sent to join many other orphans, all boys if i remember correctly, and put into some cruel environment and training. At first the main character was weak and was protected by her friends, the main guy include, but she latter trained herself because she learned she cannot always rely on others. She sort of become the leader latter.
Another detail is that even the trainers were divided into two groups and were stationed side by side with a fence in between. One group was sumo wrestlers and that side had food. On the other side, i don't remember what it was, where the main character was, they were staving and tried to cross over to steal food but they were caught. That's all I can remember.

It's a story about a guy who is trying to get an GED because he had been a shut in since 5th grade because his friend got kidnapped, but no one believed that the boy exit.
Also, the kidnapper turned out to be the doctor he went to see.
