Finding old manga

Does anyone remember a manga about a high school(?) girl who helps this guy (adult) becuase he was faint or sick and then he later turns out to her friend’s older brother? Then the whole premise was the he fell in love with her since then and but she wasn’t initially into him? If anyone remembers the name that would be great, I was browsing the romance/shoujo section and couldn’t find it

It’s either a yaoi or shouen ai where two guys are forced to married, except one of the guys has actually been raised as girl since the mom really wanted a girl have having only boys. The both parents and the husband know it’s a guy, and both moms arranged the married together. The “wife” even goes to an all girls school. I also remember in a particular scene the wife never wore pants before so the husband buys him his first pair of jeans.
