Does anyone remember a manga about a high school(?) girl who helps this guy (adult) becuase he was faint or sick and then he later turns out to her friend’s older brother? Then the whole premise was the he fell in love with her since then and but she wasn’t initially into him? If anyone remembers the name that would be great, I was browsing the romance/shoujo section and couldn’t find it
