That follow is just for the question, you'll get a notification about it so just click mute it or i think you do get the option on the topic itself.
But if you're talking about a person, if you scroll at the very bottom of their page, there's option to unfollow and block

i just saw the latest chapter, it’s funny how mc always struggle to avoid bl flags with hatano, he keeps bumping into hatano and cant do anything abt it, it’s like destiny is always on hatano’s side but mc has never once interacted with mind reader guy or even see each other
