One of my absolute favourite manhwas, probably Top 5 recommendations. It starts off comedy, but it ends up having such great storytelling that it is guaranteed to make you cry. It has some horror aspects due to the supernatural aspect, with one of the main characters, Haejoon, being able to see ghosts. Other than that, it's a coming of age story which focuses on relationships and how those relationships affect the characters lives.
