I think in their mind fenrir did it on his own will to impregnate an omega that cause the beta to suicide. But didn't he got drugged by his father? Because he wanted the bloodline to continue but his son chose a beta as a partner so he ordered the red hair to bring an omega and made fenrir mate with the omega. Fenrir is a victim too ( was treated as a stud ) his father is the real villain here he even killed the mother of red haired guy and also the cause of why the count killed himself.

The art style isn't even that bad, I've seen worse. My problem with this is the story is all over the place.
