Which one do you put in the bowl first? Milk or cereal?

milk then cereal. i'm lactose intolerant yet i refuse to not eat cereal. putting milk first helps me put the perfect amount of milk before putting in cereal. if i put too much milk ill be shitting the whole day !!!!
