It's a story (might be a full volume or a single) about two schoolboys that have been friends since childhood (I think), and they have some kind of competition going between them (in grades, getting girls' attention etc.).
The uke wears glasses and really cares about that competition, the seme is chill and effortlessly good at getting ladies.
They chill at uke's house when seme offers to "teach" him how to get ladies, that ends up in a competition on who seduces who.
