i think the artist needs to study and practice anatomy more because some of these panels do NOT look right. like in ch4 when he rips her shirt, her sternum / chest is arched higher than her breasts??? also the author def got a foot fetish bc in ch1, in the angle perspectives, it’s like her foot is in the readers face

ppl out here in the comments saying "ew cheating .. yall are freaks"... like yeah... thats the point. if you don't like it, then read something else??? nobody forced yall to read this. me personally, this shit is lowk interesting because some stories you cant write... they gotta be based in irl stuff LMAO

People are allowed to judge within the story lmao, cheating is weird and we can critique the persons actions, I didn’t read it yet but judging by the description and such aren’t we supposed to think about their actions, who they might be and if it’s true or not lmao? Isn’t the point of this is just judging their actions??

Actually, I think the challenge of winning the Zuiun Prize with a story that doesn't make the audience laugh is a good challenge for Akane's growth. Especially since her training in France was very heavily focused on translating emotions through physicality instead of language, I think this challenge of winning without laughter is now the complete opposite of her France training.
Akane's strong suit is her physicality and comedic wit, and paired with her ability to read the crowd, she becomes a show stopper. But now, to win a competition with what's most likely going to be a dramatic / sad story, something that won't draw laughter, will force her to lean into learning how to draw from and hone in on heavy emotions--what could be thought to be the antithesis of light hearted comedy--from her storytelling. I think this will tie into the training she's receiving from the New Guy who's really into keeping time of his performances because with emotional stories, you have to keep to certain beats to let the emotions resonate.
Can't wait to see this next arc!!!

Honestly, as a Season 1 finale, I'm quite satisfied with this. I know this entire season of 50+ chapters has been nothing but Kim Dan putting up with BULLSHIT from Jaekyung because he needed the money for his Grandma, but now that she's on End-of-Life care / Hospice, Dan doesn't really have to put up with it anymore. Jinx having similarities to BJ Alex of the seme being an abusive asshole, I hope that whatever S2 and S3 holds for Jaekyung is a SERIOUS redemption arc where he learns to be a better human, a better sportsman, and a better patient to his next PT (or when Kim Dan comes back).
yo ik this is a manga that’s fictional and based in japan but if that ch 161 convo went down here in the states, that feels like 7 lawsuits waiting to happen. ik america is shit & ass rn but at least we got basic freedoms (that are slowly dwindling tbr)
